With the paid license for Lansweeper, you can actually enter in SLA and escalation requirements. Not free, but not overly expensive either. We don't use the ticketing (because of SLA's & escalation), but love everything else about it.Įditited to add: If you do find you want a few more features in the ticketing (or to add Project Management, Change Management, etc)., +1 for ServiceDesk Plus. Hard to beat the inventory aspect, and the basic ticketing ties to the asset. I can't go too deep into specifics about our setup, but if you're willing to put a bit of time in to setting it up, it's very nice. It can be a bit finicky if you don't do database cleanups every so often once your database gets beyond a certain point, but even with a very large database of tickets, we only have to do so once a quarter or so. ![]() I can go into it, find a user, see what systems they're assigned, and see all of the info I need about them. Track-It (the 11.x versions, not the newer cloud-based version) is super handy, and it's also the cheapest option that fits all of our needs. While it doesn't exactly fit your requirement 0, I agree with dimforest. Let us know what you end up digging into and trying. If it weren't for the price-tag on Spiceworks, I'd be using Track-IT right now. It's a perfectly acceptable system in it's own right and for the cost, it's hard to beat. Lansweeper asset radar free#I think with Spiceworks, for as much as I think I love it, I am more in love with the fact that it's free and. It was the only system I honestly fell in love with. It's entirely on-prem (they do have a cloud version as well) and extremely simple to manage. You have granular control of nearly everything and it's incredibly robust and configurable.
